• Switch off power at the breaker if safe to do so.

• Call us immediately for burning smells or sparks.

Payment Terms

Call-Out Fee

• We require the first hour call-out fee upfront (by payment link that we will send out)

Accepted Payment Methods

• Debit/credit card (via portable card reader)

• Bank transfer

• Cash (less common now, but still useful in emergencies)

• If additional costs have incurred, the payment due on completion

 

Rates Transparency

• Clearly state:

  • Minimum charge of 1 hour

  • Hourly rate thereafter (charged in 30-min increments)

  • If an emergency repair or service is expected to take longer than one hour. This will be discussed beforehand so the customer can decide whether to proceed before any additional time is incurred.

Cancellations

• If the customer cancels after you've been dispatched and the engineer has already left for your property 50% of the call out fee will apply
